Design and construction, considered as one.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Elysha and Jimmy, HALIDAY design + build brings together two sides of the building process that are often treated separately - design and construction.

HALIDAY grew from a shared love of creating beautiful spaces - and the belief that the design and building process works better when the two are considered together.

Elysha leads HALIDAY's design direction, working across layouts, materials, finishes, fixtures and the details that give each project its own identity.

Jimmy leads construction, bringing extensive building experience and a practical understanding of how good design translates from a drawing into a beautifully resolved home.

Together, we offer a more connected approach to design + build - one team, one vision, from the first ideas through to completion.

As a husband-and-wife duo (and having four children ourselves), we understand that a home needs to do more than look beautiful. It needs to be practical for everyday family life.

Our approach is collaborative, considered and intentionally personal. We work closely with our clients throughout the process, creating spaces that feel individual to the people who live in them.

Based in Casuarina, we work across the Tweed Coast and Northern Rivers on new homes, renovations, pools and outdoor spaces.

Thoughtfully designed. Beautifully built.
